• Weekly Project Meetings
Weekly meetings are designed to track the construction and adhere to the project schedule. The meetings also address concerns of the contractors so the issues can be addressed in a timely manor as not to effect the milestone dates set in the construction schedule.
• Site Visits
Site visits are the most accurate way to view the construction progress first hand and address any problems that could effect the completion date. We will work along with the architect and contractor to resolve the issue while not effecting the integrity of the project.
• Financial Tracking
Our commitment is to meet the financial goals / budgets of the client. By tracking the estimated cost versus the actual cost, the client will be able to review the project financials and forecast project overruns if any. Included will be any additional costs associated with the Building Department, Landlord, or Contract Change Orders submitted that may arise.
• Project Close Out
Meeting the project completion date assures the client that the new space will be ready for occupancy as anticipated. This Includes all Building Department sign offs, Landlord issues, responsibilities of client direct contractors and the relocation from the existing space to the new space.
